Thoroughly versed in metal fatigue analysis, our engineers have developed techniques to correlate finite element calculations with fatigue testing. Both strain-based and stress-based approaches are used depending upon whether it is a low-cycle or high-cycle application, and whether the applied strains have a significant plastic component.

In-house bench testing provides fast design feedback to our development engineers. It allows them to check the assumptions and the results of their computer dynamic and static simulation, in particular Finite Element Analysis.
